Shipping policy

Delivery Lead Times

Upon receipt of your order, we will endeavour to ship the items out to you as soon as possible. An outline of the typical dispatch times are below with 'working days' being designated Mon-Fri and excluding national or bank holidays in Ireland:

  • In-stock Items - 1-3 working days.
  • Non-stock Items - 1-3 weeks.
  • Bespoke/custom Items - These items may have lead times specific to them, and these are typically listed on the product page itself.

Typical transit times range from 1-8 weeks from the moment your order has been shipped.

Risk of Damage/Loss

At the point we hand over your goods to the courier, the responsibility for risk of loss and title are transferred to you.

Please inspect all goods received immediately upon arrival for damages that may have occurred during transit. It is advised that you refuse to accept any and all damaged items and a record of the damages must be made on the delivery receipt.

Shipping Fees

Shipping charges are calculated based on weight, size/pieces, origin zip code, and destination Postcode/Eircode.

We offer a wide range of products that are distributed from all around the world, and by numerous transportation methods.
We will always aim to provide the most economical method of transportation for your goods. If there are any issues regarding the shipment of your items, we will contact you before dispatch to agree any additional shipping costs.

In some cases, products that are shipped directly form the manufacturer will have their shipping rate to you included in the cost of the product.  In those cases we aim to advise you of this on the product page itself.
If purchased alongside other goods shippable by normal means, (such as 'In-stock Items'), you will be charged a shipping fee separately for the transportation of said items.

In the event of any additional fees incurred during transit, that were not agreed to in writing with us in advance of dispatch, we will pass these costs on to you, the consignee.
